When you messages in to any of these types of communications, you understand and consent that you will receive marketing, transactional and other messages from LALQILA. Confidentiality

The Communications may contain information which is confidential, private or privileged in nature. If you are not the intended recipient of this information (or the intended recipient’s authorized representative) you must–

Notify LALQILA of this fact immediately by e–mail, or telephone and delete the Communication from your system, where appropriate;

Refrain from storing, printing, copying, forwarding, extracting or disclosing any information contained in the Communication or any part thereof; and

Refrain from reading, storing, using, selling or incorporating any information contained in the Communication into any database or mailing list for whatever reason, including for, but not limited to, purposes of spamming or marketing.

How online order payments Cancel / Refunds / Return are Processed?

1.Cancel Policy:

Customer can cancel the Order before Order Processing Starts. Once Processing Starts Order Cancellation cannot be Done.

1.Refund Policy:

If Customer Cancel the Order and is approved by LalQila then we will refund / transfer 100% amount within 7 working day.

1.Return Policy:

For Non Food Items: Can be return prior to One Week of its Expire Date. For Food Items: once Food is delivered.

Note : Delivery Charges Rs. 280/- will be applicable / deducted in either case
